Once you’re comfortably settled in, your therapist will concentrate different techniques on specific areas of the body to target tension and discomfort. These shorter sessions make for a perfect post-workout stop in our studio, and are a great addition to corporate conferences or special events.

Thai massage is a traditional therapy that incorporates acupressure, assisted stretching and breathwork to improve your range of motion and joint flexibility. With peaceful, flowing movements, your therapist will guide you through a series of yoga-like stretches while using their palms, thumbs, and feet to stimulate the body’s acupoints and promote circulation. Please come wearing comfortable clothing, this massage is done on the floor mat.

When you choose this location, you have the option to enjoy the infrared sauna with a vibrating seat, salt therapy, and color therapy prior to your massage. When booking your appointment, please select “sauna” add-on to book an extra 20 minutes before your treatment to maximize your relaxation.
